Chris is currently working with the directors and senior management
team of a Merseyside based international training company. This is
primarily in strategic planning and change management. The company
is experiencing rapid growth in all areas and requires a varied approach
in dealing with the team consisting of mentoring, counselling, advising
and consultancy.
He is also working with Merseyside Automotive Group (MAG) in assisting
a start up business in the automotive field. This is from the pre
start feasibility study position to the preparation of the business
plan for submission to funders. A comprehensive business plan with
supporting documentation was prepared and the company started trading
in January 2004. Chris is also working with a Porsche racing team
in developing the company’s marketing and sales. A complete diagnostic
of the company identified the key strengths and areas for improvement.
He is currently working with them on a sponsorship deal and awareness
raising campaign.
Chris can be classified as a generalist. He is an assessor and advisor
for the European Federation of Quality Management (EFQM) an NVQ Business
councillor and an assesssor for the SRB projects. He also produces
applications for Objective One funding and business plans and can
carry out business diagnostics and provide solutions to the organisations
for areas needing improvement. Chris provides change management advice
to growth companies, signposting the directors/owner managers to other
consultants for specific needs e.g. accountancy, legal, etc. |
