Secondary Expertise - Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain
Drawing on significant board level experience to operate strategically,
Gordon has held a number of senior operational roles within Human
Resources, Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain. Key areas of expertise
include developing and implementing change, performance improvement,
service strategies and culture and behavioural change at individual,
team and organisational level.
Gordon has particular expertise in developing organisational service
excellence in the UK and abroad and has Masters Degree in Service
Management at the University of Buckingham, having studied world class
service organisations in the US. He is member of the University's
Centre for Research in the Education, Audit and Management of Service
and is an accredited assessor of the European Foundation for Quality
Management, which benchmarks organisational excellence across Europe.
Results focussed, Gordon has excellent communication, interpersonal
and presentation skills and is asked to write articles and make presentations
for various audiences such as the Merseyside Special Investment Fund
and the Institute of Directors. |
