After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Martin moved into industry becoming Financial Director and Company Secretary.

He then progressed to operational roles, most recently as Managing Director of a manufacturing and processing company within a European Group.

Martin’s expertise is to help business owners clarify their vision, enabling them to have a sound business plan with all the necessary controls in place to deal with the unexpected events that may happen along the way.

Having handled many “turnaround” situations, Martin is well aware of the need for adequate funding and strong cash control to prevent management time being swallowed up fire-fighting rather than running a profitable business.
