Mike Poole is a purchasing and supply chain specialist with significant knowledge of FMCG, packaging and both small and large manufacturing/service businesses. He has considerable experience in adding value and taking out short and long term costs through negotiation, sourcing reviews, partnership and supply chain development, material control systems and supplier support programmes. He also has experience of planning and logistics operations with a variety of businesses, in particular with food and drink based companies. He is currently working with several businesses advising on managing Packaging Waste Regulation compliance.

Mike also works as an advisor with the Speke Garston Partnership and provides support to a range of local SMEs mentoring these businesses through development plans, expansion/funding packages and levering in appropriate support services as required.
