Phillip Ramsey is the founder and director of Gap Infomedia Limited,

Phillip has an Honours Degree in American History and Literature and
a Masters Degree in Information Systems. He has worked as a researcher,
senior manager and IT project manager in academia, the public sector
and the private sector.
Phillip has been Managing Director of Gap Infomedia Limited since
he founded the company in 1999. He has developed the company through
organic growth with clients such as Liverpool Vision, Business Liverpool,
Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, The Soccer Kit Company, Broadskill
Limited and Liverpool County Football Association. Gap Infomedia develops
advanced website solutions including all design and functionality.
