MSIF Small Firms Fund - Investment Director

Marian's role as Investment Director involves managing and overseeing the day to day running of the Small Firms Fund and its team.
Of all the MSIF Funds, the Small Firms Fund makes the largest number of investments and has a community of several hundred clients. Marian spends much of her time out on the road visiting banks, potential clients and introducers to promote the work of the Fund.
She is also responsible for managing Business Owners Support Services (the BOSS programme) in particular introducing Mentors to MSIF clients and managing the subsidy process. Prior to joining MSIF Marian spent 24 years with NatWest Bank.
Little known fact: Marian spent two weeks travelling around Europe with 12 firemen to raise funds for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
