Marion has a wealth of experience in venture capital. She started her career at 3i where she worked for 13 years in the Cardiff, Liverpool and Manchester offices and was involved in all aspects of the deal process from investment to portfolio management.
Marion is married with three children and lives in Chester.
Little known fact: Marion captained her county (Somerset) Under 18 Hockey Team.
